Odisha Elder Care provides support and assistance services for senior citizens, which may include:
- Medicine assistance and scheduled medicine support
- Elder care coordination and daily support services
- Health-related assistance such as reminders and coordination
- General guidance and support for elderly care
- Medical emergency services
- Personal Assistant for 2 to 3 hours
Note: We do not provide personal assistant services for personal work or for more than 2 to 3 hours.

Users or their family members are responsible for:

- Making payments on time (if applicable)
- Using our services responsibly and legally
Providing incorrect information may result in service delay or cancellation.

- Service charges depend on the type of service selected
- Payment details will be shared at the time of booking
- Fees may be non-refundable unless clearly stated otherwise

All services are subject to location, staff availability, and practical conditions. Odisha Elder Care reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Last-minute or emergency cancellations may not be eligible for refunds
- Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method

We respect your privacy. Personal information shared with us will be handled as per our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
